They closed their account (inactive, not fair play or anything like that). I have no idea why though - maybe just busy or taking a break from chess.com? They have the power to "re-open" their account where they left off though (only fair play violations/trolling etc. where being banned applies; inactive accounts can be re-opened easily).

Yeah no idea. @Lau2k04 was one of my chess.com friends too; just left without a word, but who knows...maybe they are just taking a break from chess.com and everyone is assuming the worst.
I believe it had to do something with the pressure of playing a lot of daily games at once. She was looking forward to reduce the amount & maybe she decided to close the account ultimately.
God knows really, we can only guess.
