What hobbies do you have besides chess?

I ski (downhill) in the winter and do woodworking year round.  What about the rest of the chess community?

I am a creative chess player.

I play piano and I like to paint etc.

I am also good at math.

I am also good at math.  People always say i'm good at chess because I'm good at math, but I am just okay at the pattern recognition recognition required in both.

I suck at Math and I suck at chess.Besides that,i like watching Anime,reading Fantasy and Fiction and doing anything which doesnt involve me getting up.

Fantasy is by favorite subgenre of scienfe-fiction.  I like DJ Machale's Morpheus Road trilogy the most from what I've read, but his Pendragon series is unparalled.

I'llmcheck em out,my fav's are Percy jackson series,artemis fowl series,heroes of olympus series.

I haven't read Artemis Fowl, but Rick Riordan is a great author.  You might also want to check out Brandon Mull, author of the Fablehaven series and The Beyonders.

Rick Riordan is truly fabulous and yeah sure,ill check them out.
