Ah interesting .
Well certainly without memory we'd be different .
I suppose memories can be helpful and unhelpful .
For example at times perhaps we can be inappropriately wary as a result of a bad experience . A phobic reaction for example .
Generally I suppose experience is useful .
Sometime people suffer severe amnesia .
I wonder if their personality basically remains the same .
