Someone posted about finding one from 2017 recently.

If you mean the Daily Puzzle, the one today was posted at midnight Pacific time.

There seem to be dozens who eagerly await it every day.

Yeah, I meant the tactics trainer. Currently I get 5 a day but I wonder which time zone does the servers follow.
Pacific time seems reasonable.
