Schooool ewwwwww ok, One time when me and my friend carrie had tutoring after 4-5 after school during out freshman year. We were once waiting for our rides to pick us up. Well carrie had the idea to go in the boys bathroom. Let me give a brief view on the school in the moment. So since it after school all the school lights were off the only light on was the room we were in and the light from the small windows. SO its really dark in the moment. So carrie suggested that we go into the boys bathroom and me being bored and willing to i said yes. So were slowly walking towards the boys room and enter. It was disgusting some reason their was poop on the toilets, mirrors, and floor. Their was even blood because some people held boxing glove battles in their. Well when we were in their we heard some one in the ceiling moving the tile from above. So we booked it and never went back their. LOL leaving me traumatized and mysophobia.

This is my second story: It was my sophomore year and i hadn't made much friends at the beginning to eat lunch. SO on day i didn't know where to sit so i sat at a booth where this guy sat alone. Now this guy ain't good looking but i don't judge people so i sit their. He didn't say nothing the first day. The second day we talked about school turns out he was a senior. Which was cool, hello LOL, but then he started talking about how he had anger problems and started to scare me. So i decided to go to my next class. He followed me until i got their. i went into my teachers room as i sat down i notice he put note in my side backpack. i opened it and it said, i like you wanna be my girl-signed his name.I never talked to him and ghosted him. I noticed he was stalking me the whole first semester since that day, i still get chills when i have to walk by him in the hallways. All this made was have panic attacks and anxiety, But sadly this is not my first time dealing with a stalker. Some reason people fall in love with me to fast but im not ready to settle down LOl.

This is my third storie : It was my second day of sophomore year. Not for most we are excited to meet new people, sadly third period who had went to lock down to due to active action in our neighborhood, after 2 hours in lock down they now left us go home. Now this year is when all the uvalde school happen and i happen to live in Texas so my safety is very on the thin line. So life goes on and on the fourth day of school we had to go to lock down in our 5th period. Let me explain 5th period. So 5th period is freshman lunch so all other students not freshman have classes. So the second the announcement come on everyone was screaming in the hall way looking for a classroom to stay in. It was pretty chaotic. So at this point im just like it a regular lock down. Until my teacher starts closing the blinds in the windows and turning off all technology. So im starting to panic. 30 minutes pass by and im sitting waiting down near the back of the room. At this point my friend talks to me and tells me that their a kid in my school we has a g$$ and hes hiding in the school. So at this point im freaking out and my stomach rumbles. My teachers gives us chips and Oreo;s so comfort us. at this point everyone panicking. My teacher begins taking out wasp spray and telling us how to us it. Now everyone taking this lock down serious. So turns out the kids was hiding in the ROTC room. The cops cuff him and take him towards the car, and its was like 2 hours later of searching. All our parents were waiting for us at school waiting us to fight for us in the moment, gladly they sent us home and we didn't go to school Friday. The rest of the year each month we talked about safety and had lock down drills. and i never saw that kid again but sadly our schools still faces problems. Like kids dealing. So i take therapy now and i terrified of my school but at least im a junior now.

This is my fourth storie : It was my 7th grade year and this is when you start to realize reality not fuddling around with you. Now my neighborhood kinda not safe so we do have a lot of school lock down. So it's my 7th period after lunch. I have this studies hall about English since i struggled with English. In this class we only have about 13 students so it pretty small. So the my teacher decides to go to the rest room and leaves us alone. Now at this point every students knows the second the teacher leaves it party, Sadly are party ended soon when the announces came on to go in lock down. At this point were all freaking out. the teacher in the bathroom and it only us 13. So we decided to listen the steps. We close the windows, shut down the technology, and lock down the room door. We turn off the lights and were panicking. All of suddenly 10 minutes my teacher comes to knock on the door. Screaming at us for not opening door. We all look at each other and question to open the door. Teachers had always told us during lock downs never open the door for any one even if it a teacher. My teacher banging and begging on the door for us to open. One of my classmates decides to give in because he afraid were all going to get in big trouble, We open the door and good thing it's only my teacher. We let her in and tell her the situation. Lucky she apologizes and tells us how good we did. Lucky we were all safe at the end of the day. I've always loved my teacher but i wasn't going to risk my whole classmate life for a silly mistake. Lucky i was too young to understand my situation but i still think about it today and it creeps me out.

i have more stories if you would love to hear. just let me know and you got it!

@Swiftiequeen. Wow. Just wow. I live in Austin and we hear the results, but I never knew, or considered, the reality for the kids. We never dealt with any of that when I was in school. You should write a book, and I'm serious. I was going to say this thread could turn into a book, but a specialist subject on the realities for kids in school pertaining to violence, would be invaluable. You could devote each page to one person talking about their experience. Studs Terkel used that format in his book 'Working'. Still a recommended read, and you let other people write your book. LOL

Thanks for sharing. Good luck to you. Study your Chess.

Your school life sucks. I did see a similar bathroom to the 1st one at a scout camp, and even though another troop did it we had to clean it up. An oh, someone urinated in the thing the janitor puts their mop in.

3rd grade, a jerk kid tricked me into doing the middle finger. I didn’t know anything back then, I just stopped homeschooling and my parents didn’t prepare me for the madness outside my home…

That was me in 6th grade. I went to a very advanced class from 3-5th and almost everyone was a good kid. Almost no drama. In sixth grade people start telling me to “taste the salt” or “taste the cinnamon” and I did it since I didn’t know what it meant.

Unfortunately, being tricked by our fellow human beings teaches us. We find humor, a little ego satisfaction and, sometimes, human bonding in practical jokes. There is no way for anyone to warn you of what you have in store. Everyone has to find out for themselves. I fell for every trick in the book, and still do. Not as often now, but the tricks are a little more serious nowadays. Just try to be careful. You have something on your shirt. tongue

We burned some Maryjane incense in the Science building bathroom once, and our teacher came in right as we were leaving. That took a lot of explaining. This is back in the Olde Days, 1971.

I had a buddy lit up a blunt in the studio while broadcasting on the college radio. Jai Rasta. He moved to L.A. 1980s.

I am a high school math teacher. On my way out of school, I heard a noise coming from a small side hall. Went down the hall to investigate and there were two students having sex, both with their pants and underwear at their ankles. She was bent over, so I told them to stand up and pull up their clothes we need to go to the office.
