Haha I think it is bizarre that they are called a bird but can't fly. Otherwise they are cool, better than cassowaries! Not sure why you put this in the "off topic" category, the topic is highly relevant to chess.

I don't know about the skippy steak, there are some exotic countries with gourmet cat dishes though?
