I need to learn how to do it a bit faster than 5!!! Seconds

My weakness is f2l. I'm just too slow at it. I find it hard to locate and then quickly find the best way to insert the pairs, especially when they are incorrectly connected already. PLL and OLL are pretty much rote memorization, I know full PLL and for now use basic cross OLL if it's a case I don't know. My cross could be better too, as it sometimes exceeds 8 moves. I'm working on it all though. It helps that I have a gocube, which detects how many moves you took for each stage of the solve, so I know how well I did. It's pretty neat to play around with, and it can even detect roux and a few other methods if you use those.
