An Asian person could say the same thing - why do most Europeans look alike? You can't tell if they are from England, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, or Russia?
I think you have to realize that people from different countries can look similar.
I am anglo but spent 5 years in Korea and 4 years in Hawaii. I do not believe all Asians look a like and I can nearly always tell the difference between folks from Japan, Korea, Phillippines, Thailand, China, etc. Differences in appearance can be subtle, but they are there. There are some general common characteristics in appearance, but it is just plain wrong to say "they all look a like" because they don't.
