WHY DO PROBLEMS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME???

for some reason, my account logged off, and i logged back in again and all my accout details deleted?! WHAT HAPPENED?

sometimes chess.com servers just explode and don’t log you in, this also happens when you have data that’s about to run out like me
But i joined in june, and you joined in january!
It that slash's data is about to explode but he join mush earlier then me?
