Why is Chess.com doing basically nothing about the war in Gaza?

With the conflict going on in Gaza, Chess.com really needs to support Palestine. 

If they support Ukraine, then why are they doing basically nothing about the Israeli aggression in Gaza? 

I think they should gray out Israel flags and add Palestine flag and dove flairs like they did with Russia and Ukraine.

I assume they don't want to associate with the topic much, as they were quite hesitant to even respond to the Russia-Ukraine war. Maybe they are just trying to stay away from political topics as much as they can, as they are a chess site.
