Do you use the website or the app? Maybe you’re hitting a keyboard shortcut that you’re not aware of. Or it’s a glitch. I don’t know.
You can view anyone’s profile and you’ll see it’s all accs… apparently the last updates jacked up the wallpaper and they haven’t cared to repair it like it used to be.. Is why that one dude that posted here has a lmao grey background, to stop the blur… lol ooops my bad… she has member name Clara.. 😂

My wallpaper is the space theme one. If some kind of background I have is grey, it is because of one of two reason. One, it has always been grey and I have never bothered to change it. Or, two, the background is different on the app than on the website; I only use the app so I would not know.

The pixel size of your background does not match chess.com since they do not have the same ratios. You need an image ratio converter, or just crop the image to fit it to the right size, therefore not making it blurry anymore. Hope this was helpful

When I look at the picture the original poster sent, it is blueish with white dots. Is that not what they were referring to?
