Why people post keto gummies in Chess.com forum?

This may be off topic: so I was scrolling through the forum to read some responses and I noticed something weird, people are posting some random links about some keto gummies and stuff. I don't know if it was the terms of service or the rules but I think it may be spam. Why do people do these things?

They make an account for that the soul purpose of advertising the gummies. When I’ve seen a post like that, the account was created that same day. The mods always shut it down.
And the next day it starts all over again ! 🤷♂️
