I find it amazing that nobody has replied to this or that nobody thinks there is anything wrong with this. What happened here was wealth-redistribution of the worst kind and is an absolute insult to most people.

Yep,I found out about it here and there's probably similar articles on other world news sites. As I understand it he died of natural causes; dying of cancer, sorry, is dying of natural causes. Same thing happened to my grandfather way-back-when, but did my grandmother get compenstion to the equivallent of $23.6bn? No!
With this ruling, a relatively unknown became very, very rich; a tobcco company was very badly affected and lord knows how many lawyers, etc, got very well paid.
