I’m in karate and this December I will have my Black Belt test it’s 6 hours long and you have 2 thesis’s to write and 25 questions to answer I go to Christian Martial Arts or CMA
We also do kicks, jujitsu, self defense, kata , sparring, grappling sometimes,workout and fun like.....
