Hi, I have been hanging around for a few months, playing here and on the ICC.  I was intrigued by the potential to  improve with the instruction material here on CHESS.COM.  Anyway, hello to you guys, I hope to meet some of you on live chess.  I do have a general question.  Where can I find how  how to do things such as have a game emailed to me or how to get some analysis of games I have played and are no longer on the screen.  So far, most of what I have found has been by the hunt and poke around and it might come to you if you have enough time.

Thanks, too wordy, but help if you can.

Take care!

Hello!  I hope I can help with your situation.  If I am in error, I apologize ahead of time.  I believe that you can go to your profile, and there locate near the top and center of the page a "my live chess" icon.  If you click that, it should pull up your live games that you have played.  That should bring up a page with a box containing your live games, and at the bottom right corner of that box is a download PGN button.  To the right of each game there should be a little box you can click.  Click the games that you want to, and then press the "Download PGN" button and you should get an email(s) with those games in a PGN format.

As for analyses, you should notice in the same box with a list of your games, a column titled "action" and each game should have a "view" in that location.  Click on the game you wish to, and it should pull up a window with your finished game.  To the right of the page, near the top, you should see a "Computer Analyses" icon and wording.  Click on that and you should see a message come up indicating that your game is being processed.  You will receive an analyses in your Chess.com messages when it is complete.

For games that no longer appear in that box, you should notice a "view games archieves" folder icon and wording.  Click on it and you should see games that are not in that box, that are older.

I hope that I was able to help you along, and I wish you success and fun with your chess!

Cordially,

William
