Help Please

I'm proud to be member of this site, I love playing here and all that chess.com has to offer. However, this was just posted on my page by someone who I played and beat in blitz . . .

Do not "name and shame" other members in public forums (or blogs) which is a violation of chess.com TOS. You can report them to the staff directly via Help & Support - moderator

Just block him.

Yes please, file a ticket.  You may wanna take a PrtSc (print screen) shot to support your statement.

The comment is on his page, in the notes, no screen shot necessary.

And I think punishment should be worse than just a block.

blocking him doesn't do much for me. i'm a big boy and i'm not too worried about jerks like this, i just dont think we need people like him around here on chess.com.

Hey rooperi.  The player that wrote the comment in the OP's home may delete at any time.  In the event that it is deleted I just don't know if the server keeps deleted comments stored in a back hard drive.  This is why I suggested the screen shot. 

How do you take a PrtSc shot?
