Live Chess Trouble

When I am in live chess, I enter a tournament after playing about 3 games. All the pieces move in those three games but when I start the tournament, every 2 tournaments out of 3, the pieces will not move. I don't know if it's the browser or if it's the beta-testing but something is wrong because several of my opponents have had this problem too. I notice that it doesn't occur as much in Google Chrome as it does in Firefox but it still occurs sometimes. Has anyone else expirenced this problem?

I've had a few of these reports. I am really sorry :(

I'm bug testing at this very moment trying to find out whats causing it.
