Online Coaching Question

Hi, Brendan,

In the works, there's a new interface that will allow coaches better visibility on their orders/students, including order details, a Notes area, and the ability to flag a given lesson-order as "completed" (i.e. delivered in full).

Until then, coaches need to account for all the lesson-order messages they receive from the system in a given calendar-month, and expect payment the following month for all those orders (less 5%).

DeepGreene, I am considering coaching, but only for a particular community, taking on people that I personally know. What tools are available for coaches?

You can set up your coaching profile (& optionally online store) so that each prospective student needs to be approved/friended in order to place an order with payment, so you can be as selective as you want.

From there, we can handle online payments for your coaching services, and the actual coaching can occur online (in Live Chess) using our interactive Analysis Boards.

I do not see the "tab" where I am supposed to click to get an analysis board (see pic). I must be doing something wrong...?

Yes, some of that data is a bit out of date now. (We'll get it fixed.) Just click the "New Analysis Board" link above the Console.
