I still think that Erik has gone looney for mentioning a price increase when people are losing their jobs and homes. Has the price of any other discretionary item increased this year?

Somehow I don't think that a couple of cents is going to make any difference to people that can afford computers =/

I think this site is great and worth every penny

I just noticed... on my page, it shows a "membership credit."  Wazzat?  Is it, like, money?

Or, as Yogi Berra would say, it's cash, so it's as good as money...

In the spirit of roundness, I might make all these things like $99 into $100. But it's up to you - that's not going to make a big difference either way for me.

You DO realize, though, that there's going to be a "big flow" of people rusing to get their memberships before the year is out and a "big drop-off" after the new year; well, this probably isn't SO much because there isn't much difference, but... I don't know where I'm going with this. New prices are fine by me.

A 3 percent increase?? Are you kidding me? That's B.S., man!!!

Big, rich, mean, old website owner taking my hard earned 3% so he can buy another yacht...

I'm quitting this evil site and going to pogo.

Personally I find chess.com to be both a great site and a bargain. If I got this much out of every dollar I spent, I would be ecstatic. I switched to this site after trying 2 others for more than 4 years. Glad I switched and intent on staying ... even with a modest price increase. Keep up the good work!

Sounds fair to me Erik. If you think it will help, I say go for it.
