Up until recently the chess.com e-mail worked great so I'm wondering if the issue is a technical glitch from my end. I'm sure there's a quick fix but curious to know if anyone else is having the same problem.
Yes, it's based entirely within chess.com and therefore check e-mail after logging in to this site. On your profile there's an E-mail button you click on and it takes you to the login screen where you enter your e-mail address (holdemrulzok@chess.com) and then password. The e-mail address is always your handle followed by @chess.com.
Before chess.com decided to stop giving new e-mail addresses all you needed to do was click on the E-mail link on profile and you'd go straight in as the password was the same as the chess.com log in password.
Thanks Borg, yes I've submitted a support ticket. Someone else is having the same issue so at least it's not just from my end.
I've just set up a gmail account with google and now able to import and retrieve my e-mails (from my chess.com e-mail address). Doesn't take long to set up and looks like it's working fine.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
I can no longer access my chess.com e-mail account, whenever I try to open it to enter my address and password it comes up with "This page cannot be displayed" It's only happened within the last week or so.
I subscribe to a daily chess paper and would like to retrieve my e-mails.
Any help? I asked for assistance in another forum but got no response. I'd really like to get this issue sorted, thanks.
Has anyone else encounted this problem? or has chess.com closed all these e-mail accounts ie. we are no longer able to use them.
