This is not a general racist topic .Just about the importance of initiative in chess which I got it hammered in my head by the given below blog.Jist of it I give below
"Yes White has the first right to move and because of this first mover advantage white has a higher percentage / chance of winning than black whether the game is played between humans or between computer programmes.
To put it in the right perspective if a person with black pieces is allowed to play first he has a better chance of winning !"
