Wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to acquire chess books hopefully used and in larger quantities.

Modern people are getting stupid.

They can't think in terms of first principles.

Acquire chess book.

How about you go around asking people to donate chess books?

Large quantity.

Ten dollars is ten one dollars!

You get people to donate one book at a time, it will add up to large quantity.

Like the Count on Sesame Street taught you.

Our first abstraction.

A decimal system. We think we are so smart.

Ten dollars is still ten of one dollars.

You need dollars for a bus.

A ten dollar bill will not work. The bus driver does not make changes.

You still need ten of one dollars. And the teller and you still have to count from one to ten. Like the Count taught you.

We think we are so smart with our "abstractions".

ChessKid.com is chess.com’s other site for teachers and younger kids. It has resources for you to help instruct them, and free accounts.
