how can I get to 1000 rapid in 56 days

If you are serious about reaching a rating of 1000 in rapid, you should focus on playing rapid games instead of playing mostly bullet and blitz games. Even when you play rapid games, you still don't take the time to think about your moves because you're probably still in "bullet mode". So here are my tips:

• Play only rapid (or even slower games) for the next 30 days.
• Learn the opening principles. As a rule, you should not move the same piece twice in the opening (until you have good reasons to do so) and you shouldn't bring out your queen as early as you often do. See the lesson Opening Principles. 
• Before you make a move, check whether any of your opponent's pieces are hanging and can be taken without negative consequences for your own position. Even when none of your opponent's pieces are hanging, check whether your own move is safe. Look for forks and double attacks against the piece you're moving or against any of your other pieces that are unprotected.
• Learn basic tactics. See for example the lesson Every Chess Tactic Explained and the whole Tactics theme. 
• After each game, don't rush to the next game but go over your game again and check what you could have done better.
