how to enroll in the Russian school of chess

Hello everyone. I am a teenager from the Philippines and i would like to enroll in The Russian school of chess. Does anybody know how or what website i should go to?? One more question what should be my expectations??

I think there is no power or knowledge concentration in Russian School of chess anymore. In the contemporary world, chess knowledge is available freely online.
