In my local state tournament, I noticed you can fill out algebraic notation in a foreign language
is it possible too do this, for 2 possible advantages
1. quicker writing. Some languages will have quicker ability to notate based on the letter uses. the letter I wll take shorter than the letter Y to write.
2. hope your opponent needs to look off your score sheet and waste time trying to translate.
