abusive opponents!

this is something serious.. a player was teasing me with a word "loser".. where i accidently lost the winning match because i blundered in my good position.. to which he got a victory, the word loser which he used to me just got me angry.. & we both started verbal abusing each other.. a true chess player will never have to take a help of such words to tease their opponent & win matches.. this is completely wrong!

If you report them, and enough other people do too, they will likely be muted and or have other actions taken against them.
Responding to them is what they want and they will be likely to report you and get you muted, making you doubly upset.
