Add Reduce Transparency Option

So I've been on here for a while and I can't seem to find a transparency reduction option in accessibility, and it hurts my head when I look at the screen with it being transparent. Yes there are a bit of work arounds, but an option for the boxes to be completely opaque, like with light mode, would be nice to have.
