Most of the time, the analysis of a game doesn't work: I get the message "Engine error. Please try again later". Sometimes, when I am lucky, it suffices to refresh the page. If my memory doesn't fail me, it started last summer. I observed the bug in Firefox and Chromium based web browsers.
I haven't been seeing any issues with running game reviews.

If you're running a review on a game in a Library collection that is a known bug. Staff are aware and looking into it.
If it's after the game, it may not have been written to the database yet. It should run from the archive in that case.

I have tried Komodo lite, Stockfish 11 lite, and no engine in settings, and no values :/

For Basic members, only the first Review of the day will give full details. Any done after that will look like what you posted. Also, you can't choose the engine used for Game Review, only for local analysis and for the Cloud Positional analysis (single position analysis)
