Mate, I've tried both and both have the exact same problems. I've given multiple discussion threads for this and they all don't even admit how much they blow and how it literally is their problem but blame it on poor network and whatever. I have also played on Li Chess and never experienced this so maybe these people can improve? And yes, most definitely if I lose matches because my time runs out due to their glitch, I'm certainly playing some matches to win by cheating using engines as a compensation but suddenly their holier than thou attitude comes to bite me in the back.
So in short, you have a horrible site that's somehow popular due to its simple UI and longer history, you won't accept the problems that occur on your site and keep chalking it up to common issues that aren't even applicable here, and yet if someone feels cheated because of this and claims compensation you try to ban him for the same. Sounds very fair doesn't it

If Lichess had better UI, It would've been more popular than chess.com.
You guys can seriously kiss my [removed -- MS]! Have no idea how LiChess is still able to give a much better connection with their app EVERY [removed] TIME! What's really stopping you guys from improving connection issues?! I have a ping of 60ms which is quite good and yet this is the only site I have problems with. Do you not see how YOU'RE most definitely the problem? Every [removed] time I raise this issue you guys can be absolute pricks blaming on my connection, tabs open, background data and what not when it's clear as day your site sucks balls? You can keep banning my account for all I care and I'll keep coming back to cheat and win since you're not being fair anyway. Good luck with that [removed]
