Are rematches requested or offered?

Dear chess.com,

I'd like to suggest a slight rewording of one feature that matters to me.

I play a lot of casual blitz games, and I always offer a rematch when I win, because my feeling is... that's what you do. However, in that case, the site says that I'm "requesting" a rematch. This is true if I lost, but otherwise it's an offer. As in: I'm being chivalrous, here, dude!

Seriously, though, I think it would be more accurate to state that the player who won is offering and not requesting a rematch. In case of draw , though, I'm not sure. Highest rated (being magnanimous)? Lowest rated (not afraid to take on Goliath again)?

chyss

So you're saying that 'I beat you once, and now I'm going to thrash you again' is chivalrous? You must be French or something. Weird.
