Bug report and suggestion options broken?

Both the 'Report a bug' and 'Make a suggestion' options appear to be broken from the Help link in the bottom left (or wherever it is if people have different layouts).

I've tried on two different browsers and I don't have an adblocker active on the site, yet when I click either option nothing happens.  When I click the 'Ask a Question' option that brings up a box with question options in, but the other two seem to do nothing for me.

They seemed to be working to me. I use the Chrome browser.

Maybe chess.com just got fed up of my suggestions they don't want to implement and blocked me

I'm still having issues with this when I try today. I'm using Chrome and have no ad blockers running. The dialog comes up with all the support options, I click to report a bug and the window simply closes again.
Is there some other way I can report bugs?

I have the same issue. Both report a bug and make a suggestion fail to load. How can we report a bug with the bug logger or make a suggestion? I am using Chrome on windows 10.
Any tech people listening on this thread?

I am sick and performing bad right now- but I still wanted to play so I decided to play some unrated games. 
The selection resets after 10 minutes of not playing which led me to play 5 rated games accidentally or so today, which is very unfortunate.
Is this a bug ? Is this on purpose ? If so, whats the point of it ?

I found that not accepting cookies was what seemed to be causing the failure of the bug report system. Which seems pretty stupid, but I guess I'm just not reporting any bugs in that case!
