after all, you regularly state how smart you are, with examples of your work.

But, I have typed deliberately wrong Captcha without changing any part of the messages a few time to know how it works. So long as I type wrong Captcha it will say ' wrong code'. And as soon as I type correct Captcha the messages are sent immediately. I haven't modified any messages.

To make the site more appealing by applying simple logic.... 
...to assuage the .0001% who have been annoyed by spam messaging, 100% of those who message will be annoyed instead.  That way we all lose.  What could be fairer and more appealing?

I think the purpose of this bug is not for reducing spammers. These bugs might have been used by the programmers for some other purposes. And I won't say what those 'purposes' are.
