1. This captcha nonsense for every single message now. I don't know how serious these 'attacks' are which it is supposed to be preventing but as a brief anecdote I was randomly sent by message some images of g*y p*rn a month or so ago. Was it some malicious bot? Who knows, but I deleted the message and reported the sender - simple. I can see how something like this would be entirely inappropriate for the 10 year old members to see but you know what? Maybe all these kids should be on chesskid and not here. Not a word anywhere from staff about why this has been introduced, if it will be permanent etc. 

2. Unwarranted mutings by autobots and slow and useless response from help and support. Indeed, non-human response from help and support. This is taking the mickey - employ some staff. 

3. Tedious over moderation of certain things in forums whilst other things are ignored. @AlCzervik for what it's worth I thought the decision to lock your 'Erik, we are frustrated' thread was an absolute joke and sends a terrible message around willingness to hear criticism. 

4. Regular glitches around club notifications and team matches, a long running issue as @blackfirestorm has posted about. A minor irritation for me as SA of a couple of clubs but a nightmare for those heavily involved with many. Not a word from staff on her thread about this. 

5. The recent decision to bump all daily ratings up which was then swiftly reversed. I mean, what a waste of time and energy for something clearly ill judged. Sort out the important stuff instead like the functionality of the site. 

6. The minor irritation of when threads get moved whilst you are in the process of compiling a reply everything you typed is lost as you get the error page. Not a big deal for a couple of sentences but pretty soul destroying if you spent 20 minutes analysing a game for someone for example.

7. The growing feeling that more and more automation is being introduced and less and less human involvement is present. It feels to me that customer satisfaction is very far down the list of priorities.

There, that rant should satisfy me for a few weeks.
