Right, specially the lower rated players ( no offense ), they make their own moves which in most of the case is gonna be bad. One best example is the game between arabic chess club vs indian chess club. And i was playing for the indian team. But you know, people voted for the moves that gave the opponent advantages like queen activity, trades that would help opponent develop their pieces. So yeah, vote chess must have a rule where we discuss the move and then vote

It's called club's vote chess for a reason. There are hundreds of members (maybe sometime there will be very less players) play for ur team. For some reason u play for ur team and actually play for the opposite team to win. I agree this is club's problem but this is just like a friendly fire.
