Ya’ll seriously need to do a better job about accurately muting and reporting trolls. I get muted by not “following your guidelines” when telling my harasser to stop, clearly they will report me back because their trolls. I’m tired of getting muted by your team because of trolls. Clearly you don’t have the resources to see who is actually at fault because your solution is just to mute both parties which is ridiculous. Pay people to make your platform safe and fun because it’s not entertaining getting trolled and punished.
