Hi folks (very novice placer). I played a game against a bot (Nelson 1300) and won reasonably quickly. The game said I had made 4 mistakes and 7 blunders??? Yet I had won? I often wonder whether said 'mistakes and blunders' should be ignored / can be misleading? I have a screenshot of the game to send if required?  kind regards.

Well, there's a famous saying in chess:

The winner of the game is the player who makes the next-to-last mistake.”

- Savielly Tartakower

/ You shouldn't ignore mistakes and blunders. You should try to figure out why you didn't understand them to be mistakes and blunders during the game.

The bots are programmed to play badly at times. They can't help it.

You can.

/ You should save your bot games and use the Game Review to help you analyze them. Sometimes it is hard to understand why a move is classified. Blunders and mistakes used to be judged by purely material count-- if you lost a knight, the evaluation dropped by 3 points. Nowadays, the evaluation is attempting to look at a change in winning chances. That may be harder to recognize.

You just have to keep trying to understand.
