Didn’t receive verification link after changing emai

Hello Chess.com Support Team,

I recently tried to change the email on my Chess.com account, but I did not receive the verification link. I have already checked my spam/junk folder, refreshed my inbox, and confirmed that the email address is correct, but still no email arrived.

My account details:

Username: Grandmastervn001
Old email: revmoved
New email: removed
Could you please help me verify my new email address manually or re-send the verification link?

You can't reach Support staff in the forum. The only way is to contact them using the Support link.

It is a bad idea to post your email address in the forum. I have removed it from your post.

My guess is that you only recently changed your username and those changes are limited to once in three months. I would guess that applies to emails too.
