Discussion: Time reporting precision in live games, time scrambles, pre-moves and time remaining.

This may just be my OCD nature when it comes to providing access to all available data, so for some this is may be a silly point.

That said, the Analysis Report's time presentation does not provide the same level of precision as the Game Report when it comes to time. Time in the Analysis Report is only reported in seconds, (ignoring the pgn listing which does report in tenths of seconds). The Game Report does report move elaplsed time in tenths. Both the Analysis Report's and the Game Report's clocks only reflect seconds. See screen shots below from https://www.chess.com/live/game/4096361119.

Generally should the display precision be improved to tenth of seconds, as recorded in the pgn?

Specifically:
1. For live games should the Analysis Report and Game Report clocks include tenths of seconds?
So White’s clock would read 0:02.2 instead of  0:02.

2. In the Analysis Report Time graph hover time display should the time read 0:00.1 and not 0:00?
