Hi. In one of my games I ran out of time with black although White had a bishop and enough material to deliver mate. Is there sth wrong with the rule application within chess.com?

You can't force a checkmate with just a bishop and king so this would be a draw.

Under FIDE rules it would be a win but chess.com uses a simplified rule.

The USCF also use a different rule.

White can technically checkmate, but not if you had a lone king, so it still counts as insufficient material
