1. They are too short. 2. They are too fast. 3. They are too good. 2. Silly avatars. 3. Bruh? 4. Need reassurance. 5. Converse in acronyms instead of words. Bruh, guess this one? GCYD. 5. Little sense of humor.

Maybe one of their counting threads would do you some good

no it’s just that little kids are too immature to fight off the toxicity of the community. some just get older (me sometimes) while others actually grow up. but i don't think it is healthy for anyone yet little kids to be exposed to this toxicity. i'm saying that maybe kids under 13 should just not be able to communicate with anyone except for saying "cool" or "nice" or "goated" or “Good game” or just only be restricted to games, emojis, and simple words.

Also, kids will always be obsessed with this certain integer value between 66 and 68, and I hate it. If you have an ELO containing this number (my daily elo), then these kids with no sense of humor will point it out. This meme is not funny.

Also in the chess community more mature players will be more subtle or at least not direct even if they get extremely angry, but kids will just spam “I HATE YOU 😡😡😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬” like they are being obligated.

Kids should go on chesskid which has been accessed through the sidebar. I think it still can be.

Also, they are really annoying and don't add anything valuable.

Well, the 10yo and under. The teens and 18yo are okey and can actually act mature. I had a friend who was younger here and they act mature. I think that chess.com should default to a age barrier at 13 and maybe higher to 16 or so.

I am under 16, and I rarely/never use acronyms, and never usually get reassurance.

Any kid under 3’ 9” tall should be banned from this site. They are simply too short to play here. Kids, no tippy toes!

Never going to happen. Chess.com is for kids and their parents who pay for their premium memberships.

Seen and not heard used to be the adage. But they are brought up with a sense of entitlement today. A pity as it bears out the adage I referred to. Wisdom, if it ever happens, comes with age,

Removing kids from chess.com would eliminate 50% of the website’s members.

I thought it might be more, at least in CF.

This is very disrespectful for kids who work hard to improve their chess. Not everyone is the same.

According to the User Agreement every user must be at least 13. But nobody cares unless something serious happens
