Grandmaster with 400 Rating

As I was browsing some of the games available to spectate by clicking on the button that reads, "Live Chess", I came across what seems to be a grand master level player with 400 rating.

Pokimane is a very popular streamer who is training to be in the upcoming PogChamps tournament.  In this other thread made about her WGM title, @BlunderousWilliam sums it up fairly well:

"No, she's not really a titled player. Or rather, she's not an eligible titled player. Chess.com just gave her a 'false' title (probably temporarily) because she's a famous streamer. They often give famous streamers like Pokimane titles like that when they join chess.com. Not really sure why, but they do it "

But if you watch GothamChess there are people with a low ELO like under 1,000 and they still have GM titles

I saw this really funny thing about martin when i was watching Gotham Chess i came across

GM Martin???He said because of the brilliant move that he played in that game

They probably don't in reality. It's possible to change things like that client side for entertainment purposes. Or, as in the OP example, it was part of an event being done by the site.
