How come there's no way to check the rating adjustment when you send a challenge?

I don't think there is any accuracy to the chess.com rating system anyway. If you play one player for a long time you get zero for adjustments win or lose. Doesn't make sense. It should simply be based upon opponents chess scores but.......they have to complicate it so no one understands it.
