I said this when we started getting server crashes.
agreed... i am done here.. I'm sure there will be no cooperation towards returning any membership payments.
So another game another 502 Server error. This getting beyond absurd. I've asked them to cancel my membership, they wont. I've asked them to refund my membership, they wont.
Anybody know a good class action attorney?
You dont need a good one you just need ten grand

They will do both, if that's what you requested. How exactly the request was worded and the category used to open the ticket will determine how quickly that's completed.
Maybe you should be limiting your free users more so your paying users don't have to suffer for your poor planning.
