I cannot hear when the opponent makes a move. This causes a great inconvenience and tend to loose matches.

What browser are you using? And what version of that browser? For example, I am using Chrome 75.

I tried every browser, Chrome,Edge, IE ... but no luck. It is not that I cannot hear the sound. I cannot hear it, when the opponent makes a move. When I make a move, I can hear it sometimes and it is really frustrating.
