I keep on reporting, but …

I keep on reporting players that don’t give up in a lost position but walk away instead. This is a regularly recurrung issue which is very annoying especially during tournaments because it eats away from the valuable remaining tournament time.
Unfortunately I never get any feedback on these numerous reports when I have won the game, so I wonder if something is done about this at all.

In other situations, where I lost the game because the opponent “pulled me through the clock” (i.e. continues playing in a clearly drawn position with me having less time left), I do usually get some feedback weeks or months afterwards. In that case some correction is done to my rating (honestly, I do not understand how that correction can be done so far backwards) but there is no mention of the game pertained (and probably have forgotten all about it), so you still have the feeling there is no prompt and direct connection between a report and the situation involved.

I understand it is complicated to address those situations, but a solution with a quick, adequate and retraceable response on a report is direly needed.

If players do that habitually, the get placed in a pool of other players that do the same thing.

However, playing on in a drawn Gabe is not something that would be actioned. Players are allowed to keep playing until the game ends

It is completely allowed for your opponent to "flag" (win on time) you in a completely drawn position. If you are playing with a chess clock, the clock is the part of the game.

One thing is, there is often no time to propose a draw, even if both players would agree on it, because It takes too much time.

Secondly, I regularly get messages that say “we have noticed one of your opponents has violated the fair play policy”. I wonder where these message are based on if pulling me through the clock in a drawn position is not regarded as unfair play.
