Idea for Chess Puzzles

Hello community,

in the last months, i managed to acquire a slight addiction for chess puzzles and i must admit that i dont want to get rid of it. What i noticed is that the further i progressed in level until i reached a point where i dont really understand anymore, what i am doing, but still manage to solve the puzzle correctly by finding the correct moves. It became more of an intuitive or educated guessing instead of actually understanding and learning, which seems to work for me but does not teach me anything. The brain is lazy and even though i try to force myself to think through the situations i often find myself "doomscrolling" chess puzzles.

I have a suggestion or an idea for a different kind of puzzle to prevent this kind of behavior or to increase the complexity and positive impact on learning while solving puzzles. The idea is simple, the player has to move both black and white pieces on the board. This way the player would be more likely not only to react but to think about the possibilities and it would resemble a "real" situation more when you have to go along the path in your mind while including possible moves of the opponent.

What do you think about this idea?
