I am writing to request that you implement a time control system in your tournaments to prevent them from being stuck due to slow players.
Please implement a time control system that grants a total time limit per game. For example, a limit of 3 days per move AND A MAXIMUM LIMIT of 15 days FOR THE ENTIRE GAME.
I am currently participating in a tournament with over 20 players, and all of the games are stuck because one player is waiting until the last minute to make their moves. This is unfair to the other players, who are unable to progress in the tournament.
Hmm. Daily games have always allowed users to use their allotted time. Some games extend for months. A few even go for years.
I thought you were going to complain about people taking vacation but that doesn't seem to be the issue (yet).
You are complaining about a three day per move game in a 20 player tournement with two 10 player sections. I see that you are up to move 27 after a June 3rd start. That is not a particularly long game duration.

Overall, there are still 15 games pending for the round and 6 do not involve your current opponent.
It seems like you probably want to join tournaments with only one day per turn and no vacation.
