What is the point of these leagues when X amount of people are guaranteed to advance each week? There are I think 8 leagues, and we've had ~75 chances to advance through them. I'm honestly surprised anytime I'm paired against someone lower than crystal league
There's a threshold of points you have to reach before advancing; there should also be a threshold of points you have to reach to stay in your league. e.g., everyone in the bottom ten each week gets demoted to a lower league. 'legend' and 'champion' are usually titles you have to work to keep
The Leagues competition ended more than two years ago.
The mechanism remains in place but there really is no reason to worry about them.
