Great idea and suggestion 
Many teams only play live matches or participate in live leagues and every day the interest in daily competitions is decreasing.

Did you noticed that the 1st team has a single live match? We want a leaderboard like for daily.
Yeah. I have no idea, how this "rating" is calculated, but it is definitely a wrong way to range clubs.

Not quite. We are not looking for the live match leaderboard, we are asking them to show the live match leaderboard in the clubs, like this:
Daily matches, Vote Chess and live matches.

Yeah, the above link looks just like work in progress 
When properly included it should recalculate results from all live matches and follow the same principle that is used for daily matches (including showing more details on list and including stats on clubs home page)
