Location of Resign button

I've lost two games by resignation in which I did not intend to resign. I don't know if my mouse is twitchy or what, but in both cases it was when I was trying to click the back button. It would be a good idea to put the resign button further away from the other buttons, or else have the OK/Cancel window pop up in a different place.

I experienced this as well. Slightly laggy internet combined with enthusiastic clicking (in my case I intended to click on the "go to next game" button) caused me resign two games I did not want to resign. Would be very good to have the confirm-resignation-window pop up somewhere else!

Is this in Live or Daily?

For Live, you may find it helpful to turn on the 'Confirm Resign' option. It is available in your Live Settings. 

Mine were in Daily. The Yes/No popping up so close to the Resign button means that one can easily hit it without reading it. It seems that multiple people have encountered this problem. Having the Yes/No pop up in a different part of the screen would solve it.
